Below is a list of these requirements:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age.

2. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

3. You must pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting.

4. You must complete an approved training program. The DOH offers several options for meeting this requirement, including an online course, in-person classes, and distance learning courses.

What are the Doh Licensing requirements?

To operate a food service establishment in the state of Florida, you must obtain a license from the Florida Department of Health (DOH). The type of license you need depends on the type of food service operation you plan to run.

There are three different types of DOH licenses: 

1. A Standard License is required for any food service establishment that offers food for consumption on the premises. 

2. A Specialty License is required for any food service establishment that specializes in the sale of certain types of food, such as seafood or baked goods.
